What is your cancellation policy for sickness?
If you are feeling unwell, kindly reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
What is your cancellation policy for no-shows?
Failure to attend your appointment without reasonable prior notice will be considered a "no-show." Rescheduling after a no-show will require prepayment for future services at the time of booking.
What is your cancellation policy for late arrivals?
Arriving late may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent appointments. You will be responsible for the full session price regardless of the treatment's duration. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time out of respect for other clients.
How do I book an appointment?
Download our all-in-one scheduling app, 'PocketSuite Client Booking App', directly to your phone. This allows for easy and instant appointment booking.
Do I need to arrive early for my appointment?
Yes, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and any necessary consultations.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, payable directly through our PocketSuite booking app.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes, we offer gift certificates for all of our services. Gift certificates are available for purchase in our studio. They make a wonderful gift!
